BABY TALK - July, 08th, 2021
Have you ever been hungry at 4 pm or a little bit after? Here are a couple helpful suggestions:
The Canal District Farmer’s Market is open every Tuesday and Friday from 4 pm to 7 pm at 36 East Canal St. in downtown Newark. The canal district brings people together to share local food and crafts every week.
“1922 ON THE SQUARE” opens at 4 pm every day at 10 N Park Place on the Courthouse Square. In case you didn’t know, “1922” is famous for the Baby Beef tenderloin steak.
Don’t forget the Midland Theatre is about ready to re-open. The first major event will be the “air supply” concert scheduled for Friday, August 13th at 8 pm. A recent study has shown it is only 137 steps from the “1922” patio to the Midland front door. For dinner reservations at “1922” call 740-915-6346 or go to our reservations page.
The guy who writes for Nick’s Picks has been studying and preparing to make senseless predictions for our favorite teams; the Buckeyes, Browns, Bengals, and Steelers. It’s only eight weeks till kick off! We can’t wait!
